I had to get a Federal Government Organization chart (attached and highlighted) to begin to understand that the Justice Department is not part of the Constitutional Judicial branch of government. Moreover, you can see how the Executive branch has swollen and is the problem . . . . not the solution. Obama wants to expand it even more . . .

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the federal DOJ is an agency created by statute, and
is under the direct control of the executive. The constitutional Judiciary is gone. No separation
of powers. Done under martial law rule under Lincoln. Look at the date. It was created in 1870,
not the year our federal constitution was signed and adopted. It was hiding in plain sight on the internet..
I discovered this was done while involved in a research project on Martial Law Rule. After I read it I
went to the internet and couldn't believe what I saw.
How many people do you know that would believe this if they didn't
see it with their own eyes?
The DOJ does not enforce election of the president or vice president.
Now you know Obamba's dirty little secret and why he has that arrogant
smile and attitude.
He's better than president. He's even better than King.
He's a dictator functioning under martial law rule.
He controls everything in the
federal government.
Every agency is his.
