The Sheriff

In the United States, a sheriff is generally, but not always, the highest law enforcement officer of a county. A sheriff is in most cases elected by the population of the county. ....

“Compelling a freeborn, Sovereign American individual to do anything, except upon the verdict of a Common Law Jury, constitutes an enforcement of the alien and evil Roman Civil (Equity) Law and is in fact fascist totalitarianism. “

“There is no lawful authority for Judges and the Courts to direct the law enforcement activities of a County Sheriff. The Sheriff is accountable and responsible _only to the citizens who are inhabitants of his County, He is under Oath of Office, and need not receive unlawful Orders from Judges or the Courts. He is responsible to protect citizens, even from unlawful acts of officials of government. He should not allow his office to be used as an unlawful “lackey” of the Courts or Federal agents or agencies.”

STATE OF EMERGENCY EXISTS IN THE COUNTIES

Now it is up to us; The People; the Fourth Branch of Government to enlist the aid of the County Sheriffs who have the authority to Turn on the Delta Water Pumps.

    DO UNTO OTHERS

.. As they have done to us...  Should the county Sheriff in whose county the Delta Pumps reside, refuse to order the pumps to be turned on for the Mutual aid of he Counties whose Farmers and those who rely upon the water then the only option is to instruct the Sheriffs in which the water resides, that feeds Alameda (Assemblyman George Miller) and San Francisco (Speaker Pelosi) Counties; to shut off their water.

Think we are kidding?

Each day we delay, drains the Aquifers which may never recover; as Livelihoods disappear in the San Joaquin Valley.

When Pelosi and Millers toilets won't flush, the pumps will be turned on within hours.  (Provided they can find a phone line that is not jammed with incoming calls).
