We are going to examine one very important question here and now: “Just exactly who is The Boss?” I know I am the boss and you, my employee, are not, so I don’t have any obligation to tolerate any discourtesy or insubordination from you, do I?
The Supreme Court of the United States has clearly
held that the sovereignty in this country is in the individual people
thereof. At the revolution, the sovereignty
devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country,
but they are sovereigns without subjects and have none to govern but
themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens and as
joint tenants in the sovereignty.
From the differences existing between feudal sovereignties and governments formed on compacts, it necessarily follows that their respective prerogatives must differ. Sovereignty is the right to govern; a nation or state-sovereign is the person or persons in whom that resides. In Europe the sovereignty is generally ascribed to the prince; here it rests with the people; there, THE SOVEREIGN ACTUALLY ADMINISTERS THE GOVERNMENT.
Sovereignty rests on substance. Silver and gold money and land.
In 1933 Congress, with no constitutional authority, declared the americium people to be the enemy of the United States government, congress. We then fell under the law of Martial Law Rule under necessity. The necessity was to keep government functioning for its own benefit, not the benefit of the people.
Congress took our silver and gold money and gave us fiat military script. Congress then took our land and pledged it as surety for their debt. They also pledged our labor and the labor of our posterity to pay their debt.
If a man does not own his own labor, he is a slave. We have been enslaved into perpetuity, as long as we continue to volunteer.
Congress then took our constitutional common law and turned it into International Private Law under the Law Merchant, law of contracts in a commercial jurisdiction.
Congress then claimed the government was the sovereign, not the people. We no longer had rights from G-D. We now had only privileges granted [contracted] by government, just as before the Revolution, we had privileges granted by the King. We have come full circle to the exact place we were before the First American Revolution.
THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT HAS PLAINLY WARNED US THAT THE INDIVIDUAL BEARS THE RISK OF DETERMINING THE AUTHORITY OF A GOVERNMENT ACTOR.
Our governors are the agents of the people, and at most stand in the same relation to their sovereign, in which regents in Europe stand to their sovereigns. Their princes have personal powers, dignities, and preeminence’s, our rulers have none but official; nor do they partake in the sovereignty otherwise, or in any other capacity, than as private citizens. Jay, C. J., Chisholm v. Georgia (1793), 2 Dall. (U.S.) 419, 471-472, 1 L.Ed. 440, 463.
If we now have no freedoms other than what Congress
says we have, either do they!
We can have a positive influence on local and state affairs and we can change things.
We do not have to continue to volunteer to obey a Congress that works for the Japanese, the bankers, Europeans or the U.N. We do not have to volunteer to live on a Global Plantation for the profit of the bankers. We can and must take care of our business and do it right in our own states under the authority of our Original State Constitutions created in original jurisdiction by the sovereigns.. THE PEOPLE.
If your local servants refuse to obey the Constitution, we have to take it upon ourselves to do it. You and your neighbors must refuse to obey unconstitutional laws. It is the DUTY of Americans to do this. This is the only way We The People, the true sovereigns, can take back our government from the special interest groups. WE MUST RECLAIM OUR SOVEREIGNTY UNDER OUR ORGANIC STATE INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY.
This is happening all over the country. Counties have been taken back in Indiana, Alabama, New Mexico, Nevada and California. Why not yours? It is a simple thing to do. Do it!

“There is no lawful authority for Judges and the Courts to direct the law enforcement activities of a County Sheriff. The Sheriff is accountable and responsible _only to the citizens who are inhabitants of his County, He is under Oath of Office, and need not receive unlawful Orders from Judges or the Courts. He is responsible to protect citizens, even from unlawful acts of officials of government. He should not allow his office to be used as an unlawful “lackey” of the Courts or Federal agents or agencies.”
“The Sheriff, in unknowing and unthinking acceptance of [the imposition of Equity or Merchant Law], has become the “bag man” for a bunch of private criminals [bankers, congress, and those imposing federal jurisdiction in the several states], and thereby is committing crimes himself, and is therefore a criminal.
It is a crime to violate Constitutional Rights and his oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of his own State, it being drafted in conformance thereto, and being secondary thereto. “
This is the only authority he needs, along with the support of all the people in his county by his side.
We need to educate the Sheriffs as to their authority. The Sheriffs can help us save America and we must be ready, willing and able to support them. If you love your country and your freedom, now is the time to organize with your local country sheriff. He has more authority in his county than the president of the united states. He, along with us and our support, is the only person capable of saving this great nation.
We must not comply with any action our state constitution does not give authority to.
If your state constitution states that you can only have gold or silver as money, start making it.
If your State Constitution gives you the right to bear arms, start carrying without government permission. If you continue to keep asking for permission to do what you already have a RIGHT TO DO, you will lose everything.
DO YOU WANT A MORE PERFECT UNION? THIS IS HOW YOU GET IT. IF YOU WANT TO BE FREE, YOU MUST BEGIN TO LIVE AS IF YOU ARE FREE.
Allegiance is a personal choice. It cannot be legislated. Is your allegiance to the federal government who has made you a slave and taken everything from you, or to your state, in which you can reclaim your sovereignty and your freedom?
